To RPers: Need help/ideas

OK, so I've been on NationStates for awhile. I go on and off, post in the general forums sometimes, get involved in RPs, etc. Oftentimes I lose interest and then come back. So I'm trying to get back into the swing of things, RP wise, and I need ideas.
I mean goddamn. I've tested out everything.. communist rebels coming to power, Orks, Islamic insurgents, even mole people briefly. And dammit, I'm having a brainfart. Fresh out of ideas. I need a good idea for a nation, not a big overarching blueprint, just a concept I can run with that's unique and doable enough to keep me interested for any great length of time.
Any suggestions from the folks who frequent II or NS?

Originally I had this idea like, "What if the National Bolsheviks (this weird neo-fascist party in Russia) took over some remote city or something in Siberia?" And then I looked at their photo gallery and realized they're all like 16 and dress worse than I do and I thought to myself, "Naaaahh. That ain't gonna happen."

Every read the Gor series of books? Try something along those lines. If you've not read those books, google it and you'll get enough of an idea of how it works.

Only because of WWII. Look at Benjamin Disraeli, he was a big fan of colonialism and the natural superiority of the British.
Make it in a world without WWII, then it could make perfect sense.
How about take over by a band of extremely violent surrealists? Think of the fun as they try to drain the water from the seas and replace them with the sweat of young virgins, or establish a national plan to invert all the mountain ranges, or start declaring love on other countries...

If anything, he was a bit of an atheist, but the point is there is nothing inherent in being jewish that stops you from being a white supremacist - provided you are white I suppose. It's merely difficult to imagine given recent history.
