Busted Finger
Just today in gym, I broke my pinkey finger. We were playing football and my friend threw the ball to me. It struck my pinky funny and messed up the growth plate and cracked the bone. Whar really sux is now everthing is really hard to do cause I can only use one hand.

Yesterday I was doing some work with a 8 inch piece of rebar and a hacksaw. I was cutting the rebar at an angle and cut all the skin off of my pinky knuckle. I stuck it back on with neosporin and a bandaid. Do think it will knit back together or should I take the skin off to prevent infection?
Surprisingly, there was very little blood which, from what I remember, means it won't knit.

My dad ripped up his abdominals when he used to wait lift thirty years ago. He was pretty lean and he repped 350...but one day he decided to take one step further and that's what happened. Fortunately I watch my weighlifting closely.

i just got home from the clinic with a broken hand because i whacked it so hard on the edge of my big heavy desk while standing up from looking at the internet.

Did someone get inventive with the armrest? One place I went to had ones that could fold up and out of the way, I guess so that people could expand and dominate as many seats as their posterior could occupy, and I always had this lingering fear that if I didn't keep mine down that someone would push it down fast and *whock* there goes a bit of my elbow.
