I'm from a small, backwater planet stuck out in the edge of one spiral-arm of the Milky Way. This planet has been divided by its inhabitants along invisible lines called "borders". We have many, many tribes on this planet, and ofttimes tribes within tribes, within tribes that are also within tribes. It all gets really confusing and complex sometimes, and we tend to forget that we're all sharing the same chunk of floating rock.
As for myself, the meta-meta-meta-meta-meta-tribe I belong to is nominally called "North America," where as the meta-meta-meta-tribe I reside amongst is usually called "Iowa". Occassionally, though, the less educated members of the meta-meta-meta-meta-tribe are convinced that I actually reside in some fictional place called "Idowa," for some reason.
