Well I recently signed up for classes on CAD and computer programing. So far Ive been doing C++ and im good at it and i like it too.. I still have the CAD tho and I noticed that CAD is.. well... requires effort (drawing and what not.), and I joined CAD because i like architecture (sp?). Im interested in the design aspect but not the drawing and effort, id rather use LEGOs and use that insted of drawing.. I can picture it better in my head and just build it right then and there.

Well, do you think I should stick it out and learn CAD or stick with C++?

CAD is really valuable to learn. I took a level one CAD course last year and plan in one of the next to years to take an andvanced course. It's really boring and annoying at first, however once you start getting further into it, it becomes more fun and interesting.

How well do you draw? if you dont have natural talent in that area, then CAD is probably not for you.

If you want to go into engineering then CAD is almost a necesity, either that or hiring interns who have training in it.
