I'd have to read the tube again, but in the normally priced toothpaste selections, I've found it to leave my teeth and gums feeling clean all day.

I do brush 3 times a day, so that may have something to do with it too.

hehe

I use Crest Complete (think that's what it's called).

I'm sort of disconcerted with all these new whitening toothpastes... none of them are (in the US) yet (to my knowledge) certified/passed by the American Dental Association... you know how every Crest or Colgate product used to have the stamp of approval from the ADA with the message, "(Crest) has been proven to be an effective decay-preventing dentifrice..."?

I only see those on non-whitening-toothpaste packages. Maybe it's prudish, but i'm not buying it unless it has the ADA seal of approval. lol

this is a perfect example of what can happen when

a)Someone is finished with his work for the day

b)He does not at all feel like arguing politics

c)He wishes to be, however, somehow involved in NS forums

d)He has no boss looking over his shoulder watching what he's doing

IF you wish, you may also include the brand of toothbrush you use

I've got an Oral-B at my apartment, and a well-worn Reach at my girlfriend's place.

(i should mention... she uses Arm & Hammer ... so when i'm there, so do I)

This is me sounding like a commercial: I used to have problems with the duration of the feeling of freshness with my old brand of toothpaste. It just faded too quickly. But ever since I changed to Colgate Total Whitening, my whole mouth has felt fresher, longer, and my dentist has noticed that my oral hygiene has definitely improved, with almost no tartar and no cavities. It makes me feel confident and smile more. My whole life has been improved. Thank you Colgate! ;)

You should do one of your sound bytes- and be full of that bouyant enthusiasm as you read it.

"And no more troublesome gingivitis!!!"

Kids happily brushing their smiles in the backround, then holding up their toothbrushes-"Thanks Colgate" and a little twinkle gleams momentarily on their eye-teeth.

Don't forget the sickening innuendo: "I wouldn't say that Colgate got me my new, high-paced, well-paying job, but it sure helped give me the confidence I needed to ace the interview! If Colgate can help make my employers like me more, then it can help make you like yourself, too, goshdarnit!"

And then, while still smiling, turn your head slightly and spit through your shiny white teeth and give the camera a "thumbs-up".

Actually-I dont know if you've ever seen an "Enzite" (sp?) commercial?

Its a male enhancement pill. If they played it silently, you might be led to believe it was a toothpaste add.

What's a "male enhancement" pill? What does it do? Sounds like something FTM transsexuals would like...

Apparently, its supposed to increase size. Though, wether its length or girth, I dont know. Judging by the hours and the shows the commercial is broadcast during, it may as well be another magic do nothing and lose weight pills. I have no expectations it actually works.

The commericals are very funny though. Impossibly tan people with impossibly white smiles...
