Okay, I'm asking for the assistance of anyone willing to help in this endeavour. I'm trying to prove that a large number of people actually CAN influence Television Programming. I know it's insane, but just bear with me.
I'm trying to get the BBC America network to broadcast a show called "Doctor Who" in the United States. Consequently, I've been going to every website I know of, trying to get everyone I know to go to the BBC America web site and say, "I have friends in the United States who would give an arm and a leg to see this show." It will take literally thirty seconds, and if it actually happens, we can prove once and for all that the people have a voice in broadcasting.
If you want to participate in this grand quest, go to www.bbcamerica.com, and send a programming request. (This can be found under the "Contact Us" button at the bottom of the page.) Select "Dr. Who" and say that you have friends (or friends in the U.S. if you don't live in the United States) who would give anything for a chance to see Doctor Who over there.
Come on people, let's try it!
