Technocrat Party Manifesto

While this can't be in the next NS General Election, it could be in future ones. If you want to argue with the ideas expressed herein, be my guest.

Manifesto:

1. The Technocrat Party is committed to the principle that society should be ruled by those who know how to rule it.
2. The Technocrat Party supports the choosing of public officials through rigorous examination, testing in simulations, and observance of past work.
3. The Technocrat Party supports voting only in individual cases where it has been judged by qualified societal engineers to be the best course of action, though we will submit to the upcoming NS General Election.
4. The Technocrat Party denies the universality of human rights and limits human rights based legislation to situations in which it has been determined that this is the best course of action. The Technocrat Party will never make human rights absolute.
5. The Technocrat Party supports research into automated methods for fullfilling goals, especially in regard to societal management.
6. The Technocrat Party demands access to all information possessed about the state of the world in order to gain a complete understanding of the best course of action.
7. The Technocrat Party will judge the success of policies based on Rawl's Veil of Ignorance, with the value of particular choices within the veil measured by a Utilitarian calculus based on biological demonstration of happiness. The Technocrat Party will use such methods until another method is proven to be more effective at modeling the ideal society.
8. The Technocrat Party will use law enforcement for the sole purpose of discouraging future lawbreaking and repairing the harm dealt by lawbreakers. The Technocrat Party will not use the law enforcemet system to achieve revenge, nor will it require that the punishment fit the crime.
9. The Technocrat Party will be secular until a particular religious position is deemed to give sufficient evidenciary support. All such positions will be given reasonable opportunity to do so.
10. The Technocrat Party will never establish absolute rules or moral principles except those detailed in its manifesto.
