I'm gonna lay it on the line: Canada produces the funniest people on Earth. Not only do we produce hilarious TV programs (Kids in the Hall, Buzz, Trailer Park Boys, Corner Gas, Kevin Spencer, Oddjob Jack, Robson Arms, etc), but our soldiers of funny permiate every corner of North American entertainment.

Personally, I don't like this thread, because it serves no purpose other than stupid nationalism. Also, Trailer Park Boys is awesome, Corner Gas is simple and funny and South Park is messed up.

While comedy makes up 97% of what I watch, I am not really up on the birthplaces of various comedians, so I can't make a decision on "funniest country." I would only say about half of the people on that list are funny, however, and only a few are really funny.
