Its a plot to systematically destroy any music that was made in the 1970's an 1980's, by adding the frog to the tune and thereby making everyone loath the song......

....and it melts your brain while doing so :p Happened to some Japanese kid apparently....

Crazy Frog takes everything we would normally think to be annoying and then arranges it to be a very catchy tune. Still a good video, :p

It wasnt funny or catchy the first time i heard it. And by this stage i'd like to bury the creator of it ankle deep in cow excrement. Ankle deep but head first.

It is interesting.

My usual view is: catchy shit

My thoughful view is: If I would be one of leading rich top-dogs in our multi-billion marketing, tv, music industry, around this time I would be thinking: What if I spent some millions EUR and take something completely shitty (just catchy tune with no sense whatsoever) and make it most popular thing in developped world. Will current marketing industry do it. Can I create new culture? Can I get it be most popular song, most popular clip, most popular ringtone, toy everything?! What is true power of contemporary marketing?!

And then somebody did it.

It's annoying. But not good annoying.

I hate it, I hate it, I hate it, I hate it. But I haven't heard it in a while (possibly because I've started subconsciously avoiding it).

I think that when a mobile phone ringtone is sold on CD as actual music and enough people buy it to send it to the top of the music charts, there is something very wrong with the world. I take it as a sign that the End is, indeed, Nigh.

When I first heard it on the Insanity Test on whatever site it was on, I literally fell on the floor laughing. Thne I heard the ringtone and didnt like the fact they stole it, then it just went too far, it was on every 2 minutes I swear when I flicked through the music channels. I can almost understand little kids liking it, but teens + it's just unimaginable
