One of my friends that I've had a bit of a crush on has a girlfriend and it made me slightly sad.
I know it's stupid because I have a boyfriend... although things aren't so great lately.

Don't worry about it. A bit of that thing is perfectly normal. It's only when it becomes obsessive that it's a hazard. :)

Well you should care a little. I take it you're at least slightly attracted to him? It's natural for a person to long for what they cannot have, especially when they never realized until it was gone. What you're feeling is completely normal. I know it has happened to me before.
