Since this is a forum for "anything and everything", hopefully this post will not get locked, at least before it's replied to anyway.
I got a thread locked for posting it in the wrong section (but I was only just starting out on here) and another one locked supposedly for being "silly" because I declared war - but aren't most reasons to declare war silly anyway? I mean, do the moderators want this game to be boring or something?
Anyway to the point... can someone please tell me the proper place to post a thread announcing a new region? Thanks.
