Who do you favor? Virginia -8 vs. Syracuse or Maryland-3 vs. West Virginia.? Why?
I don't like to bump but I'm under a bit of a deadline.

You got to take Virginia. Maryland barely beat a rebuilding Navy last week (I think), and Virgina has one of the best rushing attacks in the nation, not to mention the #1 left tackle.
Take Virgina
Maryland has since gone down to the wire with a very good Clemson team and the UM- West Virginia game is a big rivalry and usually quite close. My decision would have been easy otherwise.
