Well people just to clarify any misunderstanding, there is proof that bases of unknown origin do exist on the moon, hence the world leaders are hestitant to anounce it in public, the known secrets withing all governmets is that they are watching us and monitoring our progress untill they see fit to anounce there existence. This would obviously change the human reace and will creat a new ear of governments. Gone will be the notion that we must invade other countries inorder to oust dictators as the key question and troublesem thought amongst all humans would be, can we defend ourselves against any attack with non-convential weopons. The MIR space station is not really a international laboratory as they media has informed us, but its sole purpose was put there as a listening post and observation tower for the very few countries who are developing the next millenium interplantory weopons defence systems.

I'm not denying the existence of extraterrestrials, but I don't think this is anything near "proof." If we did already "know" about such things we'd have already had other activities to study them under the guise of something else. Spaceflight launches are pretty hard to hide and orbital shuttle flights and a single pass on the way to Mars wouldn't justify the cost for a "front" mission.

Those are Norwegian bases. We're taking advantage of the lack of atmosphere on the Moon to train our cross-country skiing athletes to race completely without oxygen and to withstand large amounts of radiation. Oh, and to develop incredible new ultra light frictionless skis.

The Reptillians and the Greys ARE carbon based. There are only two known planets that have silicon based life forms on them and none of those life forms are intelligent.
