Pakistan Leader Confirms Nuclear Exports
By DAVID E. SANGER

President Pervez Musharraf of Pakistan said yesterday that he believed that a Pakistani nuclear expert who ran the world's largest proliferation ring exported "probably a dozen" centrifuges to North Korea to produce nuclear weapons fuel. He added, however, that after two years of interrogations there was still no evidence about whether the expert also gave North Korea a Chinese-origin design to build a nuclear weapon.

So now what are the brave IranisviolatingNPT folks gonna do about China, the mother of all proliferation (nukes to Pakistan and via Pakistan to NoKo, Iran, Libya and then nuke capable missiled to NoKo and via NoKo to Pakistan) ?

your realize of course it has never been a secrete China provided pakistan with necular technology... only pakistan, india, and I belive even china have not signed the NPT.. while Iran has. And it was not china who gave this technology to North Korea, but Pakistan. So I fail to see the point your trying to make

China signed NPT in early 1992.

And it was not china who gave this technology to North Korea, but Pakistan

That is the use of proxy nations.

So if I employ a street thug to do my dirty business, do I get away scot free?

Havn't we condemed China for all these things up until now anyway ? Human rights proliferation etc etc... Whoever said china got away scot free ? However, North Korea is just as much a threat to China as it is to the US.. Kim Jong Il is far less dangerous then Saddam, given a comparison of the two's history

Mere condemnation = letting fo scot free.

Did the Chinese say so?

NoKo is an even bigger proxy to China than Pakistan ever was.

Meh.

Dangerous to who?

Not to the South Koreans and Japanese.

Not to the Indians who now have to face the nuke capable No-Dong missiles supplied to Pakistan by NoKo in exchange for nukes (deal done under the aegis of China)

There is still no evidence that the chinese gave NK nukes (even via this asshat scientist) according to that article...
