Well, not really .... but ....
Today I went to one of those factory outlet malls and came across some "irregular" (that means something messed up in the sewing) items at a linen sale and I needed some new sheets.
I found some (relatively) inexpensive sheets (nice burgundy fitted with cream flats) that I decided to buy.
These things are 1,000 thread count Egyptian cotton. I'm used to 300 thread count tops, but these things feel like silk. I kid you not ... I almost feel like a Roman Emperor. 1,000 thread count. I am spoiled.
I checked around online and for what I paid $75 costs $400-$600 normally. From what I can tell, the only thing messed up is the hemline on a couple of sides and I, being so handy with a sewing machine, can fix that right up.
If you've never experienced 1,000 thread count Egyptian cotton, you're missing something really special.
Ok ... you may now move this to spam.
