Isn't judicial system supposed to be impartial?

Yes, it is supposed to be impartial and for a long time it was pretty much impartial -- meaning it stuck to the law, not politics. And that's why it's got to either change or go (according to Bush & Co.). I mean, how the hell are you supposed to burn Arabs, gays, and liberals (i.e., devils) if you've got some bunch of oldsters in black dresses saying it's against the frigging law??!!
