It seems to me that since the cold war has eneded and the USSR has been re-evaluted the Russian country is taking an active role in geo-political and strategical descision making more than in the past. They have joined forces through financial agreemnts with the EU and the Chinese Republic could this be the dawn of a new era. What my question is if the EU and the Republic of China actualy form an alliance with each othere this would definetly tip the scales of balance in favour of more democratic manners and political descisions than what have been in play since the fall of the Axis power.
