EDIT: I've just uploaded the screnshots to photobucket, because let's face it I know next to nothing about computers... other then there is a folder rapidly filling with .jpgs threatening to eventually become a problem...

For the record I think it refreshs every fourty seconds, can't be sure because I don't care that much...
