There were a few fires the broke out in an industrial area... then there was a whole lot of looting and shooting.

It is, but lots of stuff caught on fire.

Did you see the natural gas leaks all over? Some are just bubbling up out of the water, some are on fire.
They said the air around New Orleans is thick with the smell of natural gas, among other things.
