Coffee for the caffeine. Tea for throwing into Boston Harbor. Cocoa for after you finish shoveling snow.

It's a question of whether you prefer thought and meditative cogitation - the relaxed and worldly-wise tea drinker. Or crazed, furious, unthinking knee-jerk action - the caffeine junkie coffee guzzler.

When you're drinking tea you're not doing anything else, except perhaps chatting idly or thinking. Coffee is drunk all day, every day, bought in mighty buckets from the nearest outlet of the corporation culture. One does not drink coffee to drink coffee, but as an accessory to work. It stifles thought and innovation, fueling instead the waste of nervous energy, keeping you working like a terrified little bee in your cubicle.

I drink tea.

there are also many different types of tea (green, peppermint, good ol' PG etc) however, the best has to be the old faithful... PG, milk, no sugar

LOL

Methinks someone's never heard of Sarbucks or the coffeehouses of the Mideast. Nothing but talk and a little flirting goes on in there- and no flirting in the Mideastern coffee houses, either.

Coffee. There are so many funny things you can do using it.

Here is an example: Drink a lot of it (as much as your stomach can handle) in the middle of the night, and then sit in front of your computer in a semi-hyper state throughout the night. Then, when you go to school or work, there is a fair chance you will start feeling hyper, both physically and mentally, and walk around in circles, giggling maniacally for yourself at whatever ludricrolously crappy humor currently occupying your mind. (people might find the appearance of this behavior questionable) Then, an hour or two later, you will get damn tired.

*NOTE* This works best if you, like me, have inconsistent sleeping patterns and randomly tend to extend days by an hour or two. (or more) Having a weird personality somerwhat similar to mine might also help.

Properly made, mulled cider is better. Or properly made hot chocolate with a touch of honey.

Y'know, I'm not entirely sure that last sentence was really needed...
Tea here as well, though I'm not averse to the occasional cup of coffee. Tea always with milk (unless there isn't any), and coffee always without. Coffee should be unadulterated in every way. So no instant coffee either.

Rooibos tea from South Africa, delicious and caffeine-free, and packed full of anti-oxidants. Free-radicals, your days are numbered...

Oh, and there is absolutely nothing offensive about "Hooray for boobs". Only in the most juvenile culture could that be deemed objectionable.

I'm a coffee girl... through and through...

Although... I'm not opposed to tea once in a while..

Or what we aptly named "The Crammer" : Black tea and coffee brewed together... It will keep you up all night, like if you were cramming for a test..

I love coffee. However, I've cut down to one cup a day and started substituting green tea after that. Much easier on the ol' colon

Tea for most occasions, coffee as a one-a-week type deal in the morning or at lunch.

None of the above. Hot mulled cider beats 'em all hands down. :)
