Cow intestines, they smell like cheese. I imagine.
Cow and pig intestines, I guess. I've eaten chicken intestines..

well if you've ever aten a hotdog you've eaten pig intestines. not too bad, actually.
and i don't think the rest of the things would be that bad, so i'll say cow intestines, just cause there's so much of them.

Well I mean as on their own, like fried or steamed. Not minced up with every other bit we don't usually eat and pumped full of artificial flavourings and colurings to disguise what it is you're eating.
Cow probably, but I'm not sure.

I'm going with the cow, but option 4 was quite tempting.

Well, no-one's posted for a while, so I'll let you in on a secret:
LP, you're 100% correct. Fried pig's intestines are absolutely disgusting. Imagine the smell of several fat sweaty stinky pigs in the middle of a hot Summer's day and mix that smell with the gagging rank of pigshit and you'll be close to what the taste is.
A close second is cow intestine which taste like very off steak.
Tonight I had to go out to dinner with my g/f's family (It's some Moon festival thingy in a couple of weeks) and some slimy long noodle-like objects were dumped on the table. Being polite I tried them and found they weren't too bad - quite edible, but slimy. I then found out that it was chicken guts. Which put me off them immediately, even though they weren't disgusting or anything. I just can't handle eating parts of an animal that had crap sloozing through it when it was alive.
Then out came some crispy bits of what I thought was roast crackling (yum!). I grabbed a piece, stuck in my mouth, and...
...
literally, I had to physically stop myself from throwing everything up all over the table. It truly was the most disgusting thing I've ever tried. I managed to politely swallow it (by downing a can of coke) and then spent the rest of the evening feeling ill.
I've tried fried cow's intestines in China last year and they're also pretty bad. However I did manage to eat 2 or 3 pieces - out of politeness as I was guest of honour and they'd ordered it specially for me. I still wonder as to whether it really is a specialty or that they just wanted to have a laugh at the white guy eating a part of cow-poo processing innards.
So my advice is - if you ever head into China and they serve up what looks like crackling, don't, I repeat DON'T, touch the bloody stuff.
BTW, I've only tried sheep's guts as part of Haggis, and it was bloody nice. Hence not putting it down as an option.

Never eat a local speciality, it really is just 'let's see what the foreigner will eat'. Drinking on the other hand, that's a different story - complimentary Romanian schnapps is damn good I can tell you. Mainly as it was free; one drop would strip all the paint from the Forth Bridge...
chicken instestines aren't so bad. i mean, i don't mind eating the odd chicken nugget now and again....
It's all good food, damnit.

Noted!
it depends, if they are rather wild pigs then i wouldn't eat them for sure, they eat everything and most of the time they have lots of parasites, if they are from a farm then they should be allright
cows eat grass and have really long intestins but grass seems rather clean
chickens are a big no-no they don't really have intestins like mammals but they have a cloaca instead, they use it for EVERYTHING (reproduction too) and they don't urinate, they use their cloaca too, bwuk
oh, and why were you asking?
(please video-footage of you eating it, please)
