No but my friend has, he had a phobea and he tried to get it cured. I don't know if it worked though. :confused:

Yeah, because my Dad does it and offered to relax me through hypnosis before a rather important football game I had to play in.It's pretty cool, your still aware of your surroundings, but you're not noticijng them like normal
