What is your greatest fear - I mean, what get's you quivering in fear at the mere thought of it?
Personally I fear insanity - the ultimate loss of self-control.
spiders, thats all, i'm not a keen swimmer either, so vast expanses of water, like the sea, really annoy me too.
Height, and there is a reason...

Heights. I just seize up horribly. I don't mind cliffs and stuff, it's plaforms.

Ditto. I always worried I'd be called insane, drugged up and actually GO insane.
On the same vein, giving in completely to addiction is also a big fear. I think the theme is loss of self.
I also fear the same thing, in the form of alzheimers, a condition that runs in my family:(
