That joke aside...I agree with the squirrel. In all honesty, if not for my military obligations, I'd have already volunteered to assist with cleanup / rescue efforts. In fact, I wish there were some way that I could volunteer through the military. Alas, such is not possible.

Of course, it's kinda hard to help, but I did make a donation to the large tsunami at the end of last year.
An ordinary donation, and I also donated some of my mobile phone credit (ingenious thinking by the phone companies there - I never use mine up!).
