If the military had nuked the base of the hurricane well then all problems would have been solved, but i guess the down side would have been for around 120 years you could only inhabit Lousiana if you had an underground bunker. Well i guess people you cant make an omlet if you dont break any eggs. Well that said i guess you all could see the potential econmic benefits. And think of the photographers and the news satations capturing a mushroom cloud, heck that would bring the tv rating up and the revenue...
