:gundge: Does anyone know what ammendment had to do with income tax. If it isnt an ammendment it has to do with the bill of rights

The 16th Amendment:

Amendment XVI -The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration.

Ratified on February 3rd, 1913.

As bad as Pearl Harbor was, I'd sue for reperations.
Then again, msot of that would be taken by Income Taxes.

About as much as Pear Harbor having to do with the Constitutional Ammendment to allow income tax.

Where the hell are ANY of you criticizers going with this?
