Pickup truck bed liners.

So, I bought a used pickup truck in great shape for an excellent price. I'm seriously thinking of putting in a bed liner to keep the bed from getting all mucked up. The question is what type of liner is best? I've read some of the pros and cons of drop in liners vs. sprayed on liners. Each has their advantages and disadvantages. I'd like to hear from people who have them in their trucks and what they think of them.

Go spray on. Rino Liners are probably the best, but there are cheaper alternitves. Drop ins trap mositure between the box and liners, encorageing rust. My pickup is too beat up to make a liner worth while, but no one I know with a rino has ever complained. These people are farmers and contractors, people who use thier trucks every day as a prt of thier jobs.

The trucks I use @ work all have Rhino lining, and it works very, very well. The work is Sculptural restoration and casting, so think huge heavr peices of scrap bronze, brass & steel, chunks of refractrory concrete, buckets with highly corrosive acids, large metal sculptures and the like...the only clean-up required is a hose down at the end of the day, I swear the truck could take drive over a tank mine and the lining would remain unscathed while the rest of the vehicle was obliterated.

Thanks for the input. Rhino is on my list to look at.

I will say this: the spray-in liner in my truck was put in back in '96 and is starting to show it's age - but it's still there. Only downside to a spray-in liner is that it's difficult to replace once it starts going south...

I'm a personal fan of spray in liner...yes, they are a bitch to replace once they start to get really bad, but they don't cause rust

I'm thinking that when I replace the bed, I'm going to go with both...spray in a liner and then put a drop in liner in...keep the spray in liner from getting terribly beat up, but keep from rusting out the bed...
