Due to my appearance people wouldn't assume that I'm into baking, but I LOVE to bake. Imagine an African American male in a du rag, tank top, and cargo's delicately baking cupcakes while singing to How Am I Supposed To Live Without You? by Michael Bolton on the radio.

Things I enjoy baking: Cupcakes, Cheesecake, Brownies, Peanutbutter Cookies, Sugar Cookies, and German Chocolate Cake ;)

I love cupcakes, and cookies, and brownies, and cheesecake (mmmmmmmmm cheesecake) I want some cheesecake. I am hungry now, why do I do that to myself?

I make a mean apple-pie

But i'm more a cook then a baker i supose.

Cheesecake is quite delicious, and I have perfected my technique over the years so when Cheesecake time rolls around everybody bumrushes over to my place to greet it with joy and salivation :D

im my head, the only thing wrong with that image is the michael bolton.


im OLD. i can bake anything from the best white bread youve ever tasted to raised doughnuts, croissants, apple pie with crust good enough to eat, to chocolate cake from scratch.

I bake cakes, when I'm not having and eating them.

I can bake a whole hell of a lot of stuff - from casseroles to bread to cookies. I am especially proud of some seriously kick booty bread. (However, my no bake cookies also kick booty!)

I miss having a dishwasher, of course, the last time we had a dishwasher I was 6, and a helper. So, you know, wasn't really affected by it.

I would trade the oven for a dishwasher any day.

do i bake?? what a question.. i've baked everything from cake to crem brule (its was great). the word "easy" and google make it much better and what not.. i think the best thing i ever baked was a "flitch cake", i created it :P its peanutbutter cake with peanutbutter as icing and then a potato/powdered sugar dough.. its a diabetics worst nightmare..

I've been places with dishwashers... the biggest advantage to a dishwasher is not having your kitchen sink fill up with dirty dishes, IMO.

But not really necessary for baking purposes. Not like an oven. I wouldn't want to try baking with a dishwasher instead. Every cake would turn out the same: non-existant! :D

I can make cupcakes, but I usually 'accidentally' read ½ as 1-2, so I have to do a double/quadrupal batch :D

I usually make multicoloured gaint cakes. Sometimes I just experiment and put random ingredients into plain cake mix and see what happens. I put coke in one and it kinda exploded.

I can cook really well and do all sorts of cooking.

A few things that fall into the baking category I like are home made pizza and calzones. I make my own dough and I have a great pizza stone and peel.

I want a cookie. And a brownie. You can't beat my pizza though.

I loooove to bake (or just cook in general). I've been making kosher babka since I could walk, haha. Every morning it was just a habit for my mother and I to make a fresh batch. Ciasto makowe z nektarynkami (poppyseed and nectarine cake), puszyste ciasto czekladowe (fluffy chocolate cake), zapiekanka z jablek (apple cake) are all things I've learned to make from my grandmother or my mum. From the Italian side of the family, I've learned to make cannoli's, biscotti, and sweet breads.

Baking is a relaxing activity for me. I love making cupcakes, cookies, cakes, breads etc... for friends. :)

You haven't tasted my bread...
My other specialities are blue cheese cake and chili-chocolate cake. Home made blueberry pie is one of my favourites too.

*drools* I think I have enough blueberries in the fridge. I'll be back soon....
