A world without consequence?

I was watching some old videos early this morning (mainly because I couldn't sleep) and I came across an old episode of SG1 where Jack O'Neil and T'ealc are stuck in a time loop where the same day over and over (*cough*Groundhog day*cough*).

Now, if that happened to you, then there would be no consequences for your actions, because everything would go back to the way things were when the loop starts again.

So if you were stuck in a time-loop, what would you do? Think of the things you could get away with...what would you do?

I'd do everything I could to end existence and thus end the time loop.

Just as improbable as the time loop itself.

There was an episode of Sealab like that too. Much more entertaining.. I think they ended up with a chaotic situation.

bah, i'd probably read loads, play loads of videogames - do all the things that i can't seem to find the time to do during normal days. learn shitloads about something, get good at photography (buy/steal some good cameras and mess about with them for a day at a time), get good at drums, learn to code... basically use the infinite time to skill up so when the timewarp ends i'll know loads of shit that'll either be useful or cool :P

oh and probably get drunk and do my damndest to get some birds...

I think my favorite part of that Episode is when they are Golfing into the Stargate. That was hilarious.

I'd do exactly what Bill Murray did in Groundhog Day; use my time in infinity to acquire incredible skills and knowledge.

I'd try to die as early in the moring as possilbe so I can then learn if there is an afterlife.

Barring that I'd try and find a way to remove my computer from the time stream so I could keep my saved games/high scores from cycle to cycle. And the play a crapload of video games.

"Tonight on 'It's the Mind'..."

Let's not forget, Monty Python did it first. "Tonight on 'It's the Mind'..."

"Tonight on 'It's the Mind'..."

You know, I kinda like his way of thinking.

The scary thing is that you could break any legal or moral law and get away with it! Break into a bank, kill someone, etc.

I'd have to go Charver/Chav hunting for a start. Mwhahahaha!

I'd do all sorts of things...as long as none of them lead to my death. Oh, I'd be a wicked beast...I'd have all sort of affairs, do all sorts of outrageous things...but eventually the novelty of the situation would pall, and then I think I'd probably check out permanently at some point.
