Hey, just some quick questions.

I have some movies in Quicktime .mov format, but I hate the crappy Quicktime Player for the PC. Does anyone know of plugins for better players (Winamp etc.), or a better player that takes .mov format?

Also, anyone know a good video converter so I can convert .mov to AVIs or MPEGs?

(And for the the "use Google" crowd, why not just save it try to be useful instead? :D)

TIA ;)

I always use Adobe Premere or vegas video to convert

But they are video editors and expensive

To transfer files to .mp4 I use PSP Video 9.

It's really meant for PSP users, but I made it so it works for whatever and whenever.

Is that what you mean...?

Cleaner might be able to switch, but I can't be sure. I actually prefer Quicktime and usually import to that from Final Cut.

RealPlayer can play Quicktime movies and, part of what I love about it, it also has Playlist options which Quicktime doesn't. It makes it so much easier to watch a series of movies when you don't need to open each individually.
