Shia rebels were not disarmed (arms necessary for well trained militia US constitution bull, etc). Al Sadr says its not his group. (yes its a recent article)

It's not just Sunnis who are resisting the US-back iraqi government. Civil War on the way? Less unlikely as the day goes by.

What do you mean "on the way"? There's been a low-level civil war going on in Iraq since shortly after Saddam was defeated.

I really don't know why we're not working with the Sunnis and giving the Shiites preferential treatement. They are the ones with ties to Iran and too many of them are Sharia nutjobs. We should have reached out to the secular Sunnis at the expense of the Shiites, if necesary. At least they aren't tied to Iran, and would support a secular constitution.

There's ALWAYS been a civil war going on in Iraq, and the rest of the Middle East for that matter too. It hasn't ever stopped, and it probably never will.

They have the Iraqi Constitution online... the majority of shi'as are happy. The sunnis are also getting satsifaction. I would think you all should support this:
