Robert Moog died the other day. He is a guy you probably don't know but you have heard him on every prog-rock album from the 70's and everyone who has ever used a Synthesizer on any song owes something to him. We salute you, Robert Moog, inventor of the Moog Synthesizer.

:( :( :(

Rest In Peace Mr Moog.

I actually met Robert Moog. though at the time I didn't realize it. He has (had :( ) a cottage right next door to my friend's cottage. I thought he was just some old American dude. He was really nice person besides being a genius.

He left the world a much richer place than it was when he entered it.
