Do you have a nickname you usually use in forums etc.? I mean, NS is special because youve got got your nation's name as nick.
And if you have, how did this nick develop/ why is it as it is?
I posted this because it somehow occured to me that nowadays for some their nick is nearly as important as their real name, isnt it?

My "real nick" is "rap", because these are the first 3 letter of my real name.

Most simply refer to me as 'Physics' nowadays. Or if I'm on the ping pong table: 'The Drunken Master' cause tehy claim I get better with the more I drink. I think it's cause I'm less tense.

Wurzelmaniac or Cailet.

Usually I register as Cailet as it's an easy name to type.

I go by "Guo Xiang" on a few other forums... it's the name of an old Neo-taoist philosopher, and apparently means "Goose Wing"

Both are cool.

Dee Dee, because it is the second syllable of my first name and a shortened form of another nick name Day Dreamer, because my head's allways in the clouds.

Coid, Coidzor, Coidzy, Coidz.

Amadeus Coidzor The Sixty-Nineth.

That sorta thing.

And for some odd reason I read this topic title as real rack.

@_@ I really need to clean my glasses more often....

I generally go by variations of this name. I also go by the name of a character played by the actor Graham Chapman. I won't tell you what character. I used to go by another name, but I don't remember what it is. I don't think I've used it since 2001 or so.

Super Dan.... I saw it a couple times when someone printed comments in an account at my job, they were trying to shorthand a comment about speaking with their supervisor Dan about something... instead they wrote "spoke to super Dan" it kind of caught on from there...

Paul -> Pa-uuwl (which would translate to Pa-owl)
Lord-General Drache

Lord-General Drache/DracheK are the two most common I'll use for gaming related stuff, so people'll shorten that to Drache. Drache K is part of a chosen name for me that I use offline. I used to go by Marscommander, and was called Mars..I still answer to that, even offline. lol.

Jusenkyo Guide, or shorten forms of that. Came from high school when a friend and I started giving members of our group names from Ranma 1/2 (we were bored). Being frustrated that my personality didn't come close to anything on the show, he dubbed me the Jusenkyo Guide as I almost never get lost and I seem to know something about everything, but only tell people when they're over their heads. ;)

Since it's rather unique, I keep it as I almost never have to use any other name when signing up for something online.
