I've never really eaten anything all that exotic in comparison to my normal diet. Wild boar and caviar are probably the most different from the norm for me

Chewing tobacco, or snuff, is vile. I'd never put it in my mouth.

I agree. And long term damage done by chewing toacco usage is exceptionally disgusting.

Squid is not all that exotic. You can get calamari all sorts of places. lol.
Hmmm, ...how about squirrel? or goat... Asian pickled plums... Mexican candy that tastes exactly like the Asian pickled plums. What about kimchi? Not exotic at all if you are Korean, but most non-asians probably never heard of it much less tasted it.
lol... I did not realize I am signed in with a puppet. Oh well.

Well I am from the South (U. S. A.), and that basically means nothing is considered "exotic". Frankly if it has a good taste, or one you can make better with a sauce, and it will not kill you it is just food.

On jungle excercise in Guiana me and my mate got really hungry and boiled up some grubs we found and washed them down with rain water. Which taught us to listen in lectures, as they made us so ill we had to be e-vaced out by chopper hospitalized for nearly a week. Apparently my mate had swallowed some of the buggers whole (I chewed mine) and they'd started to lay eggs somewhere in his stomach.

kangaroo steak
Kangaroo steak is the best!!!
For me:
Snails, horse, dog, rattle snake, spiders,a bit of human (anatomy class) ants, a live worm (the type you find at the bottom of a tequilla bottle),But the weirdest food I ever had was coffee from coffee beans that had been passed through a fox's intestines....
I love that fresh fox poop taste.
