I'm looking for some recipes for bulgar preferably recipes from the middle east or India.

Bulgar is a grain, a form of wheat. It is cooked like rice and is a very popular food in some countries. I have some bulgar, now I need some recipes so we don't have to eat it plain.

My uncle, being Lebanese, made lots of dishes with bulgar. Most, however, were very plain. You get what you pay for with grains, I guess.
Anyhow, bulgar is good when it is boiled with rice. I don't remember the exact recipe, though. It felt like it was eons ago.

Oh! You really meant bulgar... I thought you just hit the "b" instead of the "v" on the keyboard and I was looking forward to seeing the instructions - someone standing in the kitchen and cursing and bitching and swearing all along the process:
