who else besides me thinks theres to many stupid laws and policies in America such as in my state south carolina every time they need more teachers or persons in education they lower the pay what type of moron makes thesee decisions.

obviously if u need more teachers and your not getting more federal money you have to cut other teachers pay so you can still have enough money to run.
