An adult man in a diaper has been harrasing women. He's been doing it for a few months and the police haven't caught him yet. Read the story below.

For a second, I thought they meant Cleveland, Ohio! This sounds more funny than anything else.
You know, I always wondered that myself...that changing table would make a cheap sleeping area if I'm short on cash.

how is he supposed to get out of the nappy if there are no changing facility's! why I bet he's been like that all his life just imagine his diaper :p
