But is it actually age that causes it, or is that one factor among several that determine the shift? I ask because, just as it is true that the young are more likely to be liberal and become more conservative as they grow. Those conservatives also tend to become more liberal once again late in life. Maybe body chemistry or life's experiences play a larger part than just age?
