One of the guys from Korn has left the band and become a christian, discuss what could have caused this huge turnaround for this drug addicted angry rocker. Also for the christians on here, check out the forums at his website, there are some great conversations being had with a lot less of the persecution that goes on here.

He probably just did too much Meth one day and triggered an amphetamine psychosis. For some reason, when you do too much Meth at once, it can trigger a hallucinatory experience that closely mirrors the Xtian concept of Rapture. You'd be surprised by how many Speedfreaks I've seen turn into JesusFreaks overnight after they overindulged once too often. In short, all those drugs fried his brain to the point that he a drug induced religious conversion. Bully for him.

You kind of answered your own question.

Well if it gets him out of the whole masochistic drug-taking thing and stops him encouraging others to lead the same life, good for him. But so many of those stoners become Christian, get into the whole "Woo Jesus!" phase then drift right back out again. I wouldn't keep your hopes up.

H: Head to Christ, over:
C: What is it, Head?
H: Uhh... not much going on here, Christ.
C: So what's new? I wish you'd quit jamming this frequency, Head.
H: Sorry Christ.
C: Why don't you get a hobby or meet a girl or something?
H: Will do, Christ. Oh, Christ?
C: *Sighs* Yes?
H: Do ponies got to Heaven?
C: Oh for... get off this channel, Head.
H: Sorry, Christ.

I say it's nothing more than a publicity stunt, a way to garner the media's attention, and thus, more money.

I think it's alright. Quite a shame though he had to leave Korn, it was a pretty cool band.

There should be more clean yet awesome rock bands. Most Awesome bands rely on heightened emotions, either hate, anger, depression, revenge etc.

I think the problem was when he got Christ, he felt no need to be angry anymore. :p Just wasn't his own mad self I guess.

Maybe if some of the Christians refrained from their own brand of persecution there'd be less of the quid pro quo. :)
