This thread would be so much more fun if it were "worst game show," because there have been some real doozies out there.
I've always been partial to Jeopardy, but I've often wondered what would happen if the players from Wheel of Fortune wound up on Jeopardy by mistake--what kind of slaughter would that end up being?

The worst game show was the weakest link
On old british one called bullseye, as the presenter put it;
"The first series was rubbish, absolute crap. But after that it was still... well... crap, the difference was we drove home in Rolls Royces."
Sorry but it has to be put in purely for the comedy value.

See, I was fond of that one, the US version with Anne Robinson. She was so acidic, so cutting in her responses to the contestants. The only part I didn't like was the way the idiots around me picked up the catch-phrase and beat it to death.
The best is old school family double dare. The worst has to be Hollywood Squares.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaand one!
Good old Bully, still watch it on UKTV Gold, fucking classic!
"Vi i femman" - it's a really old children's gameshow for fifth graders ("Vi i femman" ~ "We in the fifth [grade]") that started out on the radio when there were no TV's, and then got televised and has been going strong for all these years.
It's setup sort of like a school day with different subjects like "Swedish," "English," "Math," "Geography," "Physics," and so on. It's really fun to watch.

People still like game shows, only now they call them "Reality" shows.
