The hottest accents I think are Southern Scottish, Southern Welsh, (I assure anyone who knows not of these two, they are nice) Jamaican and French. Especially on a deep voice. Yum :fluffle:

I love an Irish accent and an Aussie accent on a girl. Dunno why, but they automatically sound like the owner of said accent is a fun person.

Definitely Scottish for me. Don't know why, don't know how, but when I hear it I just feel all fluttery. I love it.

i loooove the french accent, especailly with a crumbly voice that's been ruined by years of smoking..... just makes me melt.... mmmmmmm.... and also, i, for some strange reason love the english west country accent.

Catherine Zeta-Jones' accent. Welsh is all I know. Don't know if its southern or what but her voice with her accent does it for me...of course her face and figure help quite a lot too. :fluffle: :D

Eastern accents . Mandarin (sp?), Japanese, Korean. I don’t know why.

As an Italian with a deep voice, I like the simple West Coast, feminine accents. Although, I do like some deep accents, and a real soft Eastern accent is always nice.

Think stereotypical Sorority sister accent. Without the stupidity anyways....

Not totally upper class, that just sounds snobbish, but a person speaking proper english, must be the sexiest ever!!! :fluffle: but personally, american just sounds, I'm not sure, lower class, and improper, and Irish. They have both massacred a beautiful, sexy, descriptive language. It must be the most deep language in the world!! To be honest someone who can't pronouce Ts and spells colour, color isn't sexy.

south african accents vary, much as any accent would. you have the tribal accents, the boer accents, the indian influenced accents, the dutch influenced accents....you can't really generalize on that. most people think of boer when they think of an SA accent. boers...sexy...no. i'm from south africa, but i turned out with more of a non-accent with a tendency to upper english, as i have an indian mother and an upper-class south african father with russian roots...yes, i have a strange family tree.
but upper class english is one of the sexier accents, as is russian, french....actually, just any accent is sexy - as long as it doesn't sound sloppy. yum.

Glad to see that I'm not the only one with a penchant for young ladies with South African accents. There is something absolutely filthy about it. Along with that on my list go East German, Scots, and Black Country/Brum. Anything witha good dose of earth in it is likely to stir my loins.

Heh. I'm from Texas, but I have a Northeastern/Midwestern accent. I'm from Port Aransas, which has a lot of people from Michigan and the surrounding area (and, surprisingly, a lot from Conneticut). I sound like I'm from that area.

By traditional do you mean the generic upper-class accent? It's not representative of more than a tiny fraction of the English population, mainly located in London and the South-East, y'know...

Now on the subject of the Canadian accent, I'm afraid that you people are gonna have to be more specific. Are you talking about the newfie accent that was so popularized by the Mackenzie brothers on SCTV, or the Frogs down in Quebec, or the nasalie folk of Ontario. Then you got the hick Fargoish drawl of the praries and the marijuana induced slow talking B.C. accent. I'd imagine you are referring to the East Coast accent, as nobody cares about us folk in the praries (until we finally get them oil sands going and Alberta will be the new Saudi Arabia).
