I'm sure the Angel Declaration has been debated here before, but I can't be arsed to find and dig up an old thread on it. In its entirety: the declaration (http://www.angeldeclaration.com/declaration.htm).
This thread isn't meant to be about whether 'drugs are bad, m'kay' - in fact, one can think heroin is a naughty, bad little opiate that is going to bed without tea and still agree with the basic outline of it. My question is what people think of the idea of 'the end of drugs prohibition', and whether they would support this specific proposal or, if they have problems with this one, what they at least think of the principle.
