Ditto on that. Furthermore, it really depends on the situation: If she did it jokingly or flirtingly, I'd do it back. If she did it out of anger or PMS or her hands became possessed, then no. If I did do it back, though, I'd make sure not to do it as hard, as women have more sensitive breasts, and titty twisters hurt like a bitch enough as it is.
