Multi-Board Poll: Teaching Intelligent Design in public schools

Earth Government

Hello, I'm here to present a question that is currently undergoing much review by various legislators around the United States: whether or not to include the philosophy of "Intelligent Design" in public school science classes.

This poll will be posted on several boards through GameFAQs, including Cotton, LUE, the War on Terrorism board, the Poll of the Day board, and Current Events. I will also be posting the poll on the Nation-States General forum and StarDestroyer.net's Science, Logic, and Morality forum.

To present the question itself:

Do you believe that Intelligent Design, as defined as an intelligent interloper designing and creating life on Earth, should be taught in public high school science classes around the United States?

A simple yes or no answer is all that will be counted. Please to do not attach platitudes to your posts or start debates, yes or no, yea or nay will do.

I don't care. It would be silly by the US to do it, but if they feel like shooting themselves in the foot, then whatever. No sweat off my back.

Intelligent Design has nothing to do with science.

In belongs in art class.

Nope...
Industrial Design is more scientific than Intelligent Design (and it additionaly produces some very cool-looking thingies...)

Absolutely not. There's absolutely no proof of it, whatsoever, other than some book(s) claiming that it happened. Keep that theory in Church or other organized place of worship.

Why would religious people want science teachers teaching about religion anyway? That's like asking a comp sci teacher to teach sex ed. :p
