Also, pepsi has to be 'cool' and get rapppers and crap like that in their commercials to get people to buy their product, but coke is classic, they know they are better, so they just have a polar bear in their commercials. Any why does pepsi have to put down coke in their commercials too?

Mountain Dew Live Wire or Mexican orange soda beats both of the choices, Dr. Pepper is a distant second.

I'm having trouble making a decision, so I will just mix the two, but I need to know if it is safe to do this first.

Coke is far from "classic".

The last time a saw a Coke commercial it involved a black guy dancing with a white woman on rollerblades near a beach. The Polar Bear commercials are only on during the Christmas Season. ;)

Yeah I picked Pepsi since I like Mountain Dew.

I hate the taste of Coke. I don't know what it is, but Pepsi seems to lack it. It's like the taste of tap water compared to bottled. It's just an annoying taste that lingers.

They do taste different. I know that Coke uses de cocainized coca leaves, and the Coca Cola company is the only corporation that has a DEA clearance to import the stuff.

And actually Coca Cola isn't the only corporation that has a DEA clearance to import Coca Leaves, since cocaine is used in medicine such as cough drops (no joke! :)). How so? How is boycotting a company worthless while buying a rival's product? I'm not buying Coke's drinks, so they aren't getting my money. That's how a boycott works. If you knew anything about the effectiveness of boycotts and this case in particular you would know that share prices and profits for Coke are ripe for a boycott having an effect at the moment. It's worthless when the "competitor" you choose is guilty of stealing the same water as well... You're simply providing funds to one theif as opposed to another. So, the end, you're accomplishing nothing as towards the stated intent of your actions. If you were operating logically, and honestly; you would boycott both companies; since you're not; you're neither.

I'd have to say coke, all around the taste is better. Plus Coke mixes a hell of a lot better then pepsi. Go 3 shots of a vanilla vodka and a vanilla coke. Won't taste the alcohol. Another drink of course is soco and coke or socoke as we have come to call it.
