I'm happy the Russians were very open to let other nations to help them out. I'm very happy that they were able to save all of them.

At least they asked for help right away this time, instead of farting around until the crew sufficated before asking the Swedes for help.

At least they swallowed their pride this time and asked for help before the crew was already dead. I'm so happy that everything is ok. :headbang:

is it just me or did you wonder how then kept warm too?

...the men, who had faced temperatures as low as 6C (43F)...

I hope they were all cuddling naked under a pile of clothes

Actually it makes you wonder because many Russians live under temperatures far colder then that.

Meh, it's not that cold. I'd be more concerned about flactulence.

I'm glad that my countrymen are alive--indeed, there was not much hope in Russia, we remember the Kursk too well.

I praise the Royal Navy, its men... and its robots! :)

I'm glad it worked out as it did. Interestingly, the hypothermia they were suffering from may have saved them. It can play a protective role by reducing metabolic rate and thus lowering oxygen consumption
by body tissues. They must have been close to running out of air.

That really is happy news. I thought of the Kursk as soon as I heard this incedent, and hoped it wouldn't be a repeat. My hopes were raised a little when the Russians so quickly and openly asked for help, and I'm very happy to know all the men survived basicly unscathed. Congratulations to all involved in this rescue.
