I know some out the outline, but I would like more information. Wikipedia wasn't that much of a help. Does anyone here know more about it or have any useful links?

Hmm . . . Hayekian sounds like it would refer to economist Friedrich von Hayek, who, along with Ludwig von Mises, started the Austrian school of economic thought. Austrian economics is like Libertarianism on steroids, and Hayek and Mises make Milton Friedman look like a statist. I think they even advocated privatization of the money supply.

I don't know if that's helpful; maybe you're talking about something else entirely.

Mises could make anyone look like a statist. I believe that Hayek's model is a specific flavor of minarchism?

I assume you're referring to Maggie Thatcher.

Britain privatized its money supply? You mean private companies can now print their own currency and people can use it as tender, allowing the market to dictate the value of different companies' cash?

In terms of internet sites, I have no idea. If you want to know directly what Hayek said, I would recommend The Road to Serfdom.
