Cartoon is definitely Aqua Teen Hunger Force, with The Family Guy a close second. Comic strip would be The Boondocks with Non Sequitur close behind.

Bloom County was the best comic strip ever!

Boondocks will be a cartoon this fall. Can't wait-it took me a while to warm up to that strip, maybe it took the writer a while to 'find' the characters, either way I like the strip now.

I like or have liked Mr. Boffo, The Neighborhood, Far Side (duh), Calvin & Hobbes (also duh), Bloom County, Non Sequitor, Rhymes With Orange, Robotman for a while, some I've probably forgot.

Cartoons would have to be Looney Tunes (really, duh) as a primer. Ren & Stimpy since I saw Big House Blues at the Festival of Animation with Frog Baseball. Hardcore fan. The [adult swim] line up with extra emphasis on Venture Bros., Home Movies, and the 'originals'-Sealab 2021 and ATHF. And Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law. And Robot Chicken.

I also like Justice League, probably one of the best written cartoons around right now. Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends cracks me up.

That's all I can think of right now. Oh, I like the Masters thing for Robotech, but I haven't seen it in a long ass time, so that might change....

I like pretty much most of the line of for Cartoon Network's "Adult Swim". I hate to say it, but i like spongebob squarepants too. Also Teen Titans and a huge list after that. Pretty lame for a 34 year old huh? As for Newspaper "cartoons", i like Calvin and Hobbes or Hagar the Horrible. But wouldn't you also have to include comic books if your going to add Newspaper comics? If so, that list is pretty hard to narrow down.

No way dude, I'm 34 and I listed Justice League-and I do dig Teen Titans.

You might think that my not mentioning this earlier is a sign that I am not as big a fan as I trully am, but in reality it's because my esteem for this show exceed it being a mere 'cartoon,'

The Simpsons
The king, all hail the king.

I like Farside and Calvin & Hobbes.

Don't watch much cartoons, but I like old Looney Tunes and Ren & Stimpy, the old ones. That's pretty lame for a 51 year-old but I don't care.

Why does everyone keep saying that? Are we going to have to open a support group for adult cartoon watchers or something? DON'T APPOLOGISE, DAMMIT! Be proud-you know the first cartoons weren't for kids anyways. There is no law that says grown folk can't enjoy a cartoon. Are we meant not to laugh, not to have a sense of whimsy? We can no longer enjoy something in the abstract? Never! Save your appologies-wear your sense of joy and humor like a proud badge-say it loud-
I am grown and I like cartoons, and if you all don't like it you can cram it with walnuts, ugly!

Ah the goodness that is Scary-go-round! I also like 8-bit theatre, Order of the stick and Wigu! Can't say I'm a fan of Penny Arcade though -I tried reading it a while back and all it did was be sarcastic about games and the gaming industry - yawn!

As regards print comics - Calvin and hobbes

And cartoons it'd have to be Family Guy (for that opening sequence where they're watching television and "eight is enough" comes on (at least I think that's the name), Drawn together (that black girl's tongue), and....

Earthworm Jim - a classic!!!

Well, I live in a market that at times can have as many as 4 episodes on a day and I watch everyone that I can (sniffle, busy month-I'm not seeing as many). So it might just be my oversaturation.

I believe that he invites the head of Itchy & Scratchy studios to cram it with walnuts when he doesn't get the job as voice of Poochy, though I could be wrong. Homer naturally assaults a lot of people, so it is hard to keep track...

Thanks Nazz, it needed to be said!

And I believe it's from the Poochie episode where the creator of Itchy and Scratchy tells Homer his rendition of Poochie sucks.

Yeah, thats what I thought, too. "You can take this job and cram it with walnuts, ugly" "That's it, that's the attitude I wanted. Do that again." etc.

I saw it. I must not have been paying attention or i didn't commit it to memory. Peechland doesn't like the Simpsons, so i have to watch it whenever i can...which isn't often. I think in my area i only have access 2 times a day unless a new episode is on on fox.

Today on my way to work (where I am currently trying to avoid anything that could fit that description) I saw the Mystery Machine. It was the right kind of van and everything, full paintjob. Parked down the street from me, too.
