Let's say there is still pill, no make that a drink, wait no a pill is better, and you could give it to your husband/boyfriend/sex slave that would make him be the one to have the prenancy instead of you, would you use that pill on him?

NOTE: Assume you WANT to have a baby.

Would the baby be born by caesarian or would it exit rectally?

I'd rather use those pills that make sure that neither of us get pregnant...

That's a very important question, although I can't really comprehend how a baby would develop in the intestines...so my guess is it'd have to be caesarian.

Either way, I'm male and would be adamantly against this. I don't consider myself sexist, but I still think that there are some roles that need to be exclusively female and some roles that need to be exclusively male (err, the list of exclusively male roles is actually pretty much non-existent).

That said, females are just generally better at expressing emotion and compassion, and those are the kind of skills required in the appropriate development of a younger child.

I doubt that. I think this behaviour is learned rather than genetic, as girls are being prepared from an early age on to one day have children and be a mother. How many little boys do you know whose parents let them play with dolls?

no
the possible complications would be too hazardous. the automatic need for a cesarian birth. the administration of hormones. the difficulties of dealing with miscarriage.

and *shudder* think of the manboob problem after is all over!

I had GI Joe "dolls" when I was a kid.

And I'm not implying that this is genetic. It's not parenting really either. It's society. Women are encouraged to share their emotions and so forth, and while society is moving more towards accepting men who share their emotions and so forth, at this point in time, society is not even near close enough to where the AVERAGE man has the skills necessary for properly raising a stable child.

Some day we may get there, but at this point in time, I think it's a bad idea to let a man get pregnant. If the relationship ends, he's stuck raising a child, and that's gives the child basically no chance of success. While it may suck for a woman to get stuck raising a child by herself, the fact of the matter is, she is going to inherently have better maternal instincts and the child will have better chances at some sort of successful life.

there was an episode of "The Cosby Show" where all the men were pregnant and about to give birth... one scene was in the hospital and they meet their neighbor and ask how he was doing...

"When I looked at that baby and realized that it came from my body, the miracle of creating life, the wonder and joy was just overwhelming..."

"So, it didn't hurt then?"

"Hurt... HURT??? DIDN'T YOU HEAR ME SCREAMING IN THERE... AND WHENEVER I THINK OF WHERE IT CAME OUT FROM... AAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!"

I have them because I've got a big build. I'm not really "fat", though I'm a bit above average on body fat percentage.

I would not force it upon my fiance any more than I would like it forced on me. We'd discuss it and decide IF we wanted to have a child, who would bear it.

HELL F....yes I would make them have the babies!!! Let them see how much fun it is experiencing the "miracle of birth". IF this happened birth control would be mandatory, paternity leave (paid) would be guaranteed, the human race might just start losing ground, twins wouldnt be so cute anymore, if its good enough for seahorses why not humans?,. Im a widow and it sure would have been funny to see my husband have to carry one of our babies..(two of his kids both weighed 9 lbs 4 oz ea. (one was ours and the other was by a previous marriage) Yes this would defintely be a wonderful gift to the world.

Her: No dear... I insist you have the child.
Him: I cannot deprive you of the joy of childbearing... You can have the child..
Her: that would be too selfish of me...
Him: Errr... flip for it?
Her: sure... call it...
Him: HEADS...
(she flips the coin)
Him:...ummm.... best outta 3?

P.S.: Please don't make me take the pill! :(

Well...I think it would be good for the husband to at least have one baby to understand and commiserate with his wife anyway. Hey I served in the Army but I really hope we can get rid of the draft. Abortion should never have been invented for the purposes it is being used for today anyway.. Nah..I really wouldnt FORCE it but men should get a taste of it anyway.

I'm a guy, out of interest are you suggesting slipping the pill into a drink or persuading the guy to take the pill?
