I first thought soemthing was out of whack when she went to the effort to get my unlisted number from a third party to scream abuse at 4 am...

She then IMed on Msn with abuse about my Msn Nickname "I pity the fool who quote Mr T!"...

Then she hit me yesterday because I was talking to a friend of hers...

Then there's the fact I think she has salted my lawn....

Or that she threatened to kill me.... twice... in one SMS...

I was thinking about emptying out my pool and laying branchs over it and covering with leaves. I'd put a cardboard cut-out of me in the middle. My plan is she'd run at it with a knife, fall in and break her legs... both. I'd then fill it back up... and everyone moves on with there lives... except her... she'd be kinda wet... or dead... or both...

What did you do to piss her off so much?

Sounds like she's still in love with you. Nobody expends that much energy on someone they don't want back.

I can't prove it... but my lawn is dying and there appear to be salt residue everywhere. Plus, she's a nutter...

I made a bet with a friend a while ago and lost it. The punishment for me was to get dressed in a pink ballet dancers outfit with a big red heart sewn onto it's chest and dance around on the biggest square in my town. And I didn't even get a damned blouse to show for it! :sniper:

I had a roommate that was trying to kill me once. I was all like: "Man, what are you doing with that knife, and why does it involve standing on a ladder?" and he was all like "I'm just chipping off some paint!" But then I pointed out that we had no paint, and that the walls were wood paneling. Then he fell off the ladder and the blade missed my head by about an inch, but then he tried to stand up and fell again, stabbing me. After that, he left to call 911, but forgot and left to play frisbee.

Your Ex ( if she really exists) is a psycho. THere's this nifty little thing..it's called a restraining order. Get one today.

Personally, I'd invest in a large supply of mace and keep cans hidden in convienent places. Like in a pocket.

I've been told that men have a very tough time getting restraining orders against women without an overt act of violence occurring, basically because of the sexism of judges.

This sounds rather like a matter for the authorities than discussion on an internet forum. Just a thought.

If you really believe your life is in danger, you might want to consider notifing the police about it. Perhaps consider taking out a restraining order against her, et cetera et cetera. For a note, just because she is taking interest in you, doesnt mean that she still wants you. For example, she might have developed some freaky fasination with you, an unhealthy sort of obsession. IMO, call the police, organise a restraining order with the courts, and have nothing to do with her in future. Nothing to provoke her, yadayadayada.

Of course, I'm just mirroring the posts of many others, and many others to come, so whether or not you want to pay attention is up to you.

I'ld have to agree. GO to the cops and get a restraining order. It's not as hard for men to get against women as rumor has it. Ban her on your IM, keep a notebook by the phone evertyime she calls write the day and time down. You might want to look into changing your number again too. If you have any physical evidence *say she threatened you on IM or in front of witnesses* that'll help. At the least if she's coming around your place and calling and such you can get a restraining order for her stalking you. (though sadly from experience they aren't to very helpful as she has to be caught in the act to be taken into custody). Good luck.

This isn't exactly on the same level, but my upstairs neighbor just informed me that some guy was just looking through my window a minute ago. Apparently they had seen the same guy peeping a couple of weeks ago. This is so messed up.

If its a matter of you or her, which would you pick? You can never be to careful with crazy people, a fact that I have yet to fully explain to my microwave. It keeps insisting that mental disorders are merely a creation of the bourgeoisie to keep the proletariat in line, and that if I shared the means of production with my neighbours they would quit peeing on my door.

Ok reality check.

Did you have a violent relationship?

Is there any other reason then anger over infidelity that she might be trying to get a hold of you... disputed belongings, rent? Do you two have children together?

No matter what ... laying a trap in your pool lol wouldn't do much good for you... they could say you lured her there and threw her in ect. ;)

If you are really distraught I would get a civil protection order to start . If she writes anything threatening keep it and give it to the authorities if she leaves threatening messages on your answering machine do the same. Keep a record of it.

If this is just the rocky break-up part it may subside soon enough and you can both go on your happy way. You are not giving her any ideas of reconciliation correct?

What did you do?????? Have you done anything to her since you broke up. Get a cctv camera installed in your house. I am being serious. save all the sms she sends you, compile it and give it to the cops.
